Ricky Thornton Jr., Late Model Nationals Auction Highlight Week at National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum!

 

KNOXVILLE, IOWA (September 16, 2025) – Fans touring the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum during this year’s Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals, September 18-20, are in for a treat. Highlighting this year’s events are a Friday interview featuring recent World 100 winner and current Lucas Oil Late Model point leader, Ricky Thornton Jr.

The interview, conducted by racing on-air personality, Ben Shelton, will commence at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 19 on the second floor of the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum. The Ricky Thornton Jr. interview will be open to anyone paying admission to the museum.

The annual Late Model Nationals auction will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 20, on the second floor of the museum! Plenty of donations from the late model community are expected!
