BURLINGTON, IA (March 21) - 34 Raceway, will kick off the 2011 racing season with its annual race car show and kick off party Saturday, March 26. Area racers will show off their cars and sponsors from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday, March 26 at the 34 Raceway Westland Mall Car Show, in West Burlington. Race fans are encouraged to stop out at the mall and visit with the drivers, check out their cars, and pick up your 34 Raceway schedule for the 2011 season. A “Best of Show” award will be presented at the Kickoff Party at Whitey’s at 8 p.m. Following the car show get ready to party at 34 Raceway and Whiteys Bar and Billiards Pre Season Kick Off Party starting at 6:30 p.m. Saturday night., Enjoy a Rascal Flats tribute band as well as a limited food menu and lots of drinks. A $5 cover charge per person will include a FREE race ticket valid at any one of the three Community Nights at 34 Raceway in 2011. Whitey’s is located at 2601 Madison Ave, Burlington. Come have some fun and “let’s get ready to race”.
