BEEBE, AR (March 22, 2011) – The COMP Cams Super Dirt Series will open its 2011 season in style this Saturday, March 26th at I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Arkansas). With a schedule that already boasts over 25 dates at fourteen different tracks in three states, the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series is eager to get the season rolling. A strong cast of characters are expected to return to contend for the title this year including defending Champion, Bill Frye, along with Kyle Beard, Jon Mitchell, Dewaine Hottinger, Jon Kirby, Eddie Provence, Johnny Virden, Terry Henson, Brandon Smith and more. A strong Kuntz & Company Rookie crop is taking form as well with Arkansas drivers, Curtis Cook, Andy Millican, and Shane Harris, already throwing their hats in the ring for the competition as other drivers also are considering making a run at the title. Other drivers expected for this Saturday's event include Gary Christian, Clay Fisher, BJ Robinson, Josh Danzy, Wesley Crutchfield, Lee Davis, and more! Saturday night's program will be headlined by a $2,000 to win/$400 to start event at the 1/4 mile high banks. Also, in action will be Sprint Cars, IMCA Open Wheel Modifieds, and Super Stocks. Gates open at 4:30pm with racing action at 7:30pm. Adult admission is $20 and kids 6 - 12 years of age are only $1 when accompanied by an adult. Ages 5 years and under will be admitted free.
