BLOOMFIELD, IA (October 6, 2011) - The Bloomfield Race Committee, on behalf of the Davis County Fair Board, is actively seeking parties that may be interested in the promotion of the Bloomfield Speedway for the purpose of Auto Racing in the year 2012 and beyond. The Bloomfield Speedway is a fast, 3/8 mile, semi-banked dirt track with state-of-the-art Musco Lighting, located on the west edge of Bloomfield, Iowa on the Davis County Fairgrounds along Old Highway 2. Available race dates and facility information is available at this time. An innovative, promoter friendly rental agreement will be of interest to those looking to hold a season of strictly special events, combine an event schedule with another facility or grow this facility on its own.
