Crate Model, Southern SportMod awards new to Kluhsman contingency program

LOCKWOOD, Mo. (March 11) – Kluhsman Racing Components expands its contingency program for IMCA drivers again this season, adding awards for the new Crate Model class as well as the Jeff’s Performance Southern SportMods.

Top three finishers in national point standings for both divisions earn $75 product certificates from the Lockwood, Mo., high performance parts manufacturer, as do the top three in national Late Model, Sprint Car, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod, Stock Car and Hobby Stock points and in each of the five regions for IMCA Modifieds.

Kluhsman gave Northern SportMod awards for the first time in 2006.

“As the sanctioned divisions expand so does the involvement and support of KRC,” said IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder. “Their product line is high quality and universal, and Southern SportMod and Crate Model drivers will now experience that at year’s end, too.”
