LANSING, Minn. (April 18) – IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars will battle for a top prize of $1,000 at Chateau Raceway’s season opening Spring Challenge. The Friday, April 22 special is sponsored by Adams Racing Chassis and pays a minimum of $75 to start. IMCA national, Probe Industries Northern Region, Allstar Performance State and local track points will be awarded. Pit gates at Lansing open at 5:30 p.m., the grandstand opens at 6 p.m. and the draw closes at 6:45 p.m. Hot laps are at 7 p.m. with racing to follow. Grandstand admission is $12 for adults, $5 for kids ages 6-12 and free for youngsters five and under. Pit passes are $25. Camping is available but should be arranged for in advance.
