Sunoco makes perfect attendance pay off for five Deery Series drivers

VINTON, Iowa (Nov. 18) – Sunoco Race Fuels made perfect attendance pay off in the form of $400 bonuses for five IMCA Late Model drivers following the 2011 Deery Brothers Summer Series.

Nate Beuseling, Andy Eckrich, champion Ray Guss Jr., Charlie McKenna and Colby Springsteen earned shares of $2,000 in cash. In addition to having competed at all 17 events in the 25th anniversary season, drivers were required to compete with Sunoco race fuel to be eligible.

Each of the five was also a two-time recipient of $250 feature qualifier bonuses awarded by Sunoco during the tour.

This was the second year for the Sunoco feature qualifier/perfect attendance bonus program.

"This program has really paid off with extra cash for drivers each of the past two seasons and will continue into 2012 as well,” noted IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder. “Each of the five recipients this year brought home an additional $900 from Sunoco by simply racing at all Deery events and participating with quality Sunoco race fuel."
