Moline , Ill. On the World Wide Web at www.quadcityraceway.com , the new state-of-the-art online presence accomplishes the first of many steps for first-year promoter Brian Stuart as he guides the events of the historic quarter-mile clay oval at the Rock Island County Fairgrounds.

Although 2007 will mark Stuart’s first season at the promotional reigns of the Quad City Raceway, the long-time proprietor of B & K Sportswear in nearby Preemption, Ill. , has one full season of promoting under his belt after operating the Aledo ( Ill. ) Raceway Park in 2006.
