EAST MOLINE, Ill. (April 22) – The Deery Brothers Summer Series date rained out after heats on April 17 at Quad City Speedway has been rescheduled for Wednesday, July 20. IMCA Late Models return to East Moline for a 40-lap, $2,000 to win main event on the second night of the Rock Island County Fair. The program will start from scratch, noted Tour Director Kevin Yoder, and all new entries are welcome. Race time is 7 p.m. Three of six scheduled silver anniversary series events made it into the record book despite bouts of cold, wet weather throughout April. The April 15 Deery show at Davenport Speedway will now be on Friday, Sept. 9; no reschedule date has been announced for the race to have been held at Jackson County Speedway on April 16. Brian Harris, Matt Ryan and Matt Bailey were winners the first three series nights out this season. Top five finishes in each of those features have Terry Neal leading the point standings.
