MACON, IL (April 27, 2011) - Macon Speedway welcomes The Teacher’s Lounge Night at the races this coming Saturday, April 30. All teachers in the surrounding areas will be admitted into the races FREE with their teacher’s identification card. The Teacher’s Lounge is located at 2828 N Main Street Suite 101 in Decatur. The Easter Bunny will be present on Saturday since last weekend's races were cancelled do to weather. All classes will be racing; Chevrolet Late Models, Touchstone Energy Sportsman, Billingsley Towing Modifieds, Street Stocks and Pro & Amateur Hornet divisions, plus High School Hornets will make their debut. Kids will get to take their photo with the Easter Bunny and receive gifts from the Easter Bunny as well. POWRi Series has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 14, so make plans to attend this weekend's races and mark your calendars for up-coming specials. Pit gates open 4:00PM, front grandstands 5:00PM and racing at 7:00PM. May 7 Mother Dear- plus Crazy Chicks n Cars/Cinco de Mayo Fiesta.
