DONNELLSON, Iowa (August 3, 2011) – Saturday, August 6, is another night full of vehicular destruction, as the Eve of Destruction returns to Lee County Speedway, in Donnellson, Iowa. The twice annual event will play host this time to School Bus race, Figure 8 races, Auto Bowling and much more! There will also be a Rollover Contest and Mini Van Demo Derby. Of course don’t forget the always popular trailer race! Drivers will compete with a trailer hooked to their vehicle. The last car running the figure 8 course with their trailer still attached and in functioning order will be the winner. Come enjoy one of the most hands on and fan interactive events of the year! Gates open at 5 p.m. with the destruction beginning at 7 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children 6-17 and children 5 and Under are free.
