47th ANNUAL KNOXVILLE NATIONALS TO HIGHLIGHT 2007 SOUTHERN IOWA SPRINTWEEK, AUGUST 2-11

KNOXVILLE, IOWA (Aug. 16, 2006) - Ralph Capitani and the Marion County Fair Association, and Terry McCarl and Bill McCroskey of McTwo Promotions, are pleased to announce that August 2-11 are the dates for the 2007 Southern Iowa SprintWeek at the Knoxville Raceway and Southern Iowa Speedway, respectively. The ten straight nights of sprint car racing will be highlighted by “The Granddaddy of Them All”, the 47th annual Knoxville Nationals.

Friday, August 3 - 17th annual Knoxville 360 Nationals (preliminary)
Saturday, August 4 - 17th annual Knoxville 360 Nationals (finale) and 410’s
Sunday, August 5 - 9th annual 360 Tournament of Champions
Monday, August 6 - 12th annual 410 Front Row Challenge
Tuesday, August 7 - 6th annual Non-Winged 410 Ultimate Challenge
Wednesday, August 8 - 47th annual Knoxville 410 Nationals (preliminary)
Thursday, August 9 - 47th annual Knoxville 410 Nationals (preliminary)
Friday, August 10 - 47th annual Knoxville 410 Nationals (preliminary), including the
14th annual 410 World Challenge
