They will join Chris Smyser, Jill George, Josh Richards, Tony Bokhoven and others as celebrity waiters. Rick Hartzell of the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) is also donating a special UNI-Iowa State men’s basketball ticket package, which will be auctioned off following the celebrity waiter dinner by veteran late model racer/auctioneer Lynn Richard.
