2010 KNOXVILLE NATIONALS FAN FAIR SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

KNOXVILLE, IOWA  (April 27, 2010)  -  The schedule for the Knoxville Nationals Fan Fair & International Reel Wheel Film Festival have been released today by the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum.  The fan fair forums (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) and films (Saturday), to be held in the first floor Donald Lamberti National Sprint Car Museum can all be enjoyed as part of the regular low museum admission price during the 50th annual Goodyear Knoxville Nationals, August 11-14.

According to museum executive director, “We feel it is important for us to set our schedule well ahead of the actual event, so fans can start planning their activities during the four-day Goodyear Knoxville Nationals, August 11-14, and the ten-day Cox Design & Metal Fabrication Iowa SpeedWeek, August 5-14.  The Knoxville Raceway and the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce are also doing the same, as the preliminary schedule of social and racing events surrounding the Nationals were released earlier this week.  We fully expect the 50th annual Goodyear Knoxville Nationals, presented by Lucas Oil, to be the biggest ever in the history of the sport’s national championships, drawing fans and teams from Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States of America.”
