Boles Auto Sales to Sponsor Stock Car and Sport Mod Bonuses at "Shiverfest"
by: Jeff Broeg

DONNELLSON, IA (Sept. 6) - Race drivers around southeast Iowa know that Paul Boles has been a long-time supporter of the sport. It is very common for him to step up at a drivers meeting to offer extra money to drivers if they win from a certain position and feature winners know that their crew will be transported quickly to victory lane in the Boles Auto Sales Victory Van. And even though he was unable to attend last year’s "Shiverfest" event, Paul called in to say that he would match the 50/50 amount with a donation of over $600 to the Southeast Renal Dialysis Units. So it is no surprise the Boles Auto Sales is the first to sponsor the All Iowa Points Bonus program for the 2008 Shiverfest event to be held on Saturday, October 25th at the Lee County Speedway in Donnellson.

Boles Auto Sales, located just east of Mount Pleasant on Highway 34 is the place to go if you are looking for a quality used car, service on your current vehicle or if you are in need of a rental. Take a drive by the lot and you will see some racecars up for sale from time-to-time as well.

Based upon the All Iowa Points standings through October 19th, drivers ranked in the top ten of their division will earn the top-level "Gold" bonus if they can win the "Shiverfest" feature in their division, drivers ranked 11th through 30th will earn the second-level "Silver" bonus if they win and drivers ranked 31st through 100th will take home the "Bronze" bonus with a feature victory. Each bonus is in addition to the winner’s purse already posted for the event.
The Stock Car feature will pay $300-to-win with a Boles Auto Sales Gold bonus of $250, a Silver bonus of $200 and a Bronze bonus of $150. The Sport Mod or B-Mod feature will pay out a $250 first-place check with a Boles Auto Sales Gold Bonus of $200, a Silver bonus of $150 and a Bronze bonus of $100.

"Paul and his son Scott have been around this sport for many years and they have always been supportive of the promoters and the racers around the area," stated All Iowa Points compiler Jeff Broeg. "We really appreciate their involvement in this program that rewards the drivers with extra prize money and we encourage racers and fans to check into the great values and service that you will find at Boles Auto Sales."
