July Invasion of the Touring Series at Deer Creek Speedway

SPRING VALLEY, MN (June 28) - Mother Nature once again claimed another event at the track in South Eastern MN. The Button Buck Speedway event did get in with Jake Timm taking home the win in the Juniors division over Lucas Schott. Dustin Sorensen took home the win in the Pee-Wee division over Brayde Faulhaber and in the Regular division Jeremy Paulson made an exciting pass to take the win away from Lucas Schott who came home with his second, second place finish of the weekend.

The Month of July kicks off a busy season for the Deer Creek Speedway with some regular racing action and with specials for any drivers or fans needs. The first special is the 1-800-RADIATOR Firecracker featuring the Dart Challenge Series for WISSOTA Late Models racing for $3,000 to win on July 5th. Also on the card will be the USRA Modfieds, WISSOTA Super Stocks, Midwest Modifieds and Street Stocks. The Slingshots will also be running at 3:00 on the Button Buck Speedway for those pulling into the track early.

On Wednesday July 9th the World Of Outlaws Late Models will be on hand for the 29th Annual Gopher 50 Late Model race to be taped and replayed on SPEED TV. Also on the card for the nights racing action will be the USRA Modifieds for $1000 to win. Come out and enjoy the best drivers from across the nation battle the highbanks of Deer Creek Speedway.

A night of regular racing action will follow up on the 12th of July. Another special attacking the track happens when the IRA Sprint Cars invade the speedway for their yearly visit on Saturday July 19th. The IRA Sprint cars always put on a great show at the speedway with the USRA Modifieds and the WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds on the card for the nights action.

The last Saturday night in July the 26th features a regular night of racing action at the speedway.
