Lucas Oil Speedway Re-Schedules Race Date

WHEATLAND, MO (August 23, 2006) Officials at the Lucas Oil Speedway are announcing an adjustment to the upcoming event scheduled on September 3, 2006. The weekly event originally scheduled for Sunday night September 3rd will be canceled. “We decided to take this event off the schedule when we found out that it was on top of the 4-State Championship race at the Monett Speedway”, was the comment from the General Manager, Gary Hubert. However, the staff at the speedway has slated Saturday night October 21st as the make up date. This event will be a points race for all weekly classes including the Miller Lite Modifieds, Limited Late Models, Chester Fried Chicken B-Mods, Lucas Oil Factory Stocks and Pure Stocks. The show will also include the wild and crazy Figure 8’s.

The weekly event scheduled for September 2, was canceled earlier in the season to make room for the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League event that was rained out on June 17th and rescheduled for Saturday night September 2nd.
