Lebanon Midway Points Tight, Preparing For Fastrak Triple Crown Late Model Event

Lebanon, Mo. (May 17, 2006) - Early season close point battle highlight the racing action at the Lebanon Midway Speedway as the points races heat-up this Friday night.

Going into this weekends events point leaders include Ben Newell (Super Stocks), James Hartman (Modifieds), Tim Brown (FactoryStocks), Joe Todd (Winged Sprints), Jared Harris (Fastrak Late Models) and Shawn Winfrey (Bombers).

Next Weekend the Speedway will be hosting the 1st Annual Missouri Triple Crown Challange for the Fastrak Late Model with over 25-30 teams expected from several states with the winner recieving 2000 to win and 200 to start. Also racing on Friday night May 26th will be a regular show for the Modifieds, Bombers and Winged Sprints while the Enduro Cars will make there 1st apperance of the season with Trophy Racing going to the top 4 finishers while the winner of the 3 wide start will be on the pole spot for the June 23rd money Race.
