Timmy Montgomery of Fredericktown paid a visit to victory lane Saturday night at the St. Francois County Raceway

FARMINGTON, MO. - (Sept. 16, 2006) Timmy Montgomery of Fredericktown paid a visit to victory lane Saturday night following his win in the Sprint car feature at the St. Francois County Raceway. Montgomery started the feature from the outside of the front row to pick up the victory. Bryan Matthews was second in the feature with Tommy Worley Jr. third, Steve Short fourth and Joey Montgomery fifth. They were followed by Jason Keith, Nathan Higgins, Jason Hunt, Joey Boyd and Keith Burch.

Tim Montgomery won the first heat with Worley second and Nathan Higgins third. Short won the second heat with Matthews second and Burch third. Bob Thoman won the third heat with Joey Montgomery second and Keith third. Joey Montgomery won the trophy dash with Tim Montgomery second and Short third.

In the Modified class feature, Brent Thompson of Farmington picked up the checkered flag with Jeremy Greenwalt second, Kenny Kennedy third, Tommy Worley Sr. fourth and Kasey Nations fifth. They were followed by Alan Conners, Matt Eaton, Jon Paul Reando, Mike Francis and Derek Shipman.

Worley won the first heat race with Chris Boyd second and Reando third. Kenny Kennedy won the second heat with Thompson second and Greenwalt third.

Nations won the third heat with Conners second and Erik Edgar third. Francis won the "B" main with Randy Forster second and Shannon Blair third.

In the Pure Street feature, Chris Boyd was declared the winner with Michael Abney second, Travis Goodman third, Bill Skaggs fourth and Gary Henson fifth. They were followed by Kasey Nations, Keith Kennon, Dave Wofford, Shane Blair and Doug Savage.

Pete Koenig won the first heat race with Skaggs second and Wofford third. Mike Savage won the second heat with Goodman second and Nations third.
In the 600cc Multi feature, Jimmy Bridgeman of Farmington was the winner with Mark Shirshekan second, Brad Greer third, Jimmy Stearns fourth and Joey Boyd fifth. They were followed by Brandon Nixon, Joe Miller, Ryan Kempin, Lynda Blanke and Brian Keen. Clint Collins won the first heat race with Greer second and Boyd third. Shirshekan won the second heat with Stearns second and Blanke third.

In the Mini Stock feature, Shannon Burch of Farmington was the winner with Dave Wofford second, Bill Nickelson third, Tony Littrell fourth and Don Jackson fifth.

They were followed by Tony Moore, Bob Wright, Keith Buckley, Mark Coffman and Megan Bell.

Littrell won the first heat with Jackson second and Wofford third. Burch won the second heat with Nickelson second and Wright third.
