RACE BROTHERS SHOW-ME RACIN SERIES HEADS BACK TO WEST PLAINS!

WEST PLAINS, MO (May 3) - The Late Models of the Race Brothers Show-Me Racin Series will travel to the West Plains Motor Speedway, Saturday, May 5, 2007! The 'A' Main feature will pay $1000 to win and $300 to start the race. The track is located 6 miles south of West Plains, MO on Hwy 63. The first of event of the 2007 season was held at West Plains on April 7 during the bitter cold spell that took place at early in the month. The weather looks to be much more favorable for this event.

Gates will open at 5:00, with racing action set to begin at 7:00 p.m. Admission for the Special event is $15 for adults, kids 7-11 yrs old $4, and pit passes will be $30. Modified, Super Stock, Hobby Stock, Cruiser, and Youth Pure Stock divisions will also be competing.

The 2007 season has gotten off to a great start with 25 plus cars at each of the 3 events held in the month of April. We've had great battles for positions throughout the field, with Leslie Essary and Justin Wells taking A feature wins.

25-30 Late Models are expected on May 5 at West Plains Motor Speedway including Birch Tree's Justin Asplin - a 2007 Rookie of the Year contender, Kenny Hartwigsen, Jeremy Kelley, Chuck Comer, Chad Pyle, Frank Tindle, Conner Ward, Ken & Leslie Essary, Jim Fulp, Kevin Henson, plus many more.

We also encourage our race fans to listen to "Talkin' Dirt with Show-Me Series" radio show Saturdays from 10-11 on 95.9 FM and 12-1 on AM 940.
