Springfield Raceway Championship Chase Includes Emergency
Personel Free Admission
SPRINGFIELD, MO (May 4, 2011) - The Chase for the 2011 Transport Graphics
season title will keep rolling Sat night at the Quick-Quarter of the
Springfield Raceway after a very strong season opener last weekend.
The Speedway will be honoring Emergency Service Personel with Free
Grandstand admission along with a guest.All local area Police,Firefighters,
and Emergency Service Personel will be admitted Free (ID Required) to the
high intense side by side action that is offered each Sat night at
SpringfieldRaceway with action featuring the USRA RHS Budweiser A-Mods,Reliable
Chevrolet SportMods,Casey's General Stores Midwest Modz,Pepsi
StreetStocks,Missouri Legends and Wheeler Metals Purestocks on the
high-banked 1/4 mile dirt oval.Last Sat over 100 raceteams competed in the
season opener despite cloudy overcast skies.
Heading into this weekend's action current point leaders include Jackie
Dalton(A-Mods)Of Carthage,Shawn Strong and Bobby Maggard Jr. both of
Republic(SportMods),Trevor Drake(Midwest Modz)of Webb City,Park
Jones(Legends)Of Joplin,Bryan Tillman(StreetStocks)of Branson and Jack
Hamer(Purestocks) of Ava.
Pit gates open at 4PM with Drivers Meeting at 5:50.Hotlaps at 6:15 and
Racing at 7PM.Grandstand gates open at 5PM.
General Admission is only $10 for Adults,kids 6-12 $5 and under 6 Free.
