Casey's General Stores Mid-Season Championships this Saturday, June 25th Plus US 97 Military Appreciation Night!  
Double Points for all Rockstar Energy Drink Weekly Championship Classes 

WHEATLAND, MO (June 21, 2011) - This Saturday, June 25th it's the Casey's General Stores Mid-Season Championships at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri plus a very special Military Appreciation Night presented by US 97, "The Rock of the Ozarks." In addition, Double Points will be awarded in all three Rockstar Energy Drink Weekly Championship Series classes as the Mid-Season Champion in each class is crowned at the conclusion of the evening's racing activities.

US 97, "The Rock of the Ozarks" in Springfield, MO hosts a special Military Appreciation Night this Saturday, June 25th as all Active/Reserve/Retired Military Members get admission to the evening's racing activities for just 97 cents. Classes in action this Saturday include the TNT Quick Shop Late Models, Pitt's Homes A-Modifieds, and the Carson's Corner Napa Factory Stocks. With the area's highest weekly championship purse guaranteed to the top 10 in each of the three classes respectively at the end of the season, all the top drivers in the region will be gunning to gain those valuable double championship points.

Rylan Long continues to lead the TNT Quick Shop Late Model standings by 55 points over 2-Time and defending Track Champion Tommy Cordray, but with double championship points on the line this Saturday night, even the slightest misstep could change things dramatically in the chase for the Rockstar Energy Drink Weekly Championship.

Chase Jones tops the Pitt's Homes A-Modified field by a slim eleven point margin over Fair Grove, Missouri's Mickey Burrell. Defending Carson's Corner Napa Factory Stock Champion Randy Gilmore continues to lead the points by just five in the closest race at the speedway as Everton, Missouri's Sundance Keepper continues to stalk the leader.

Spectator Gates open at 5:00pm this Saturday with Hot Laps set to get under way at 7:00 and the first big race of the night at 7:30pm. Adult Admission at the gate is just $12 with Seniors and Active Military only $8. Juniors (6-15) are just $5 and Kids 5 and under are always FREE at Lucas Oil Speedway. Show Your AAA Membership Card at the gate and receive $3 off any Adult or Senior General Admission Ticket.  

Family Passes are priced at only $25 for this event which includes entry for two adults (age 16 and up) and up to three youth (ages 6-15), discounts on kids meals, gift shop merchandise, and funnel cakes.

 

A limited number of VIP Suites are also still available for Saturday night and start at only $300 for a 12 guest unit which includes admission for 12, One Complimentary Food Tray off the Suite Menu, and (2) Six Packs of your choice of Water, Soda, or Beer.
