"The Hunt" comes to I-35 Speedway and Coke night to follow!!!

WINSTON, MO (August 22, 2011) - On Thursday, August 25th the big boys of the USMTS will try to tame the fast 3/8 oval known as I-35 Speedway for the second time this year, but they won't be alone. Also for the second time this year they will be bringing the USRA Iron Man series of Stock Cars and B-Mods. 

Last time the USMTS graced our Speedway local driver Mark Dotson from Cameron Missouri led the first half of the race before looping his number 85D machine in turn 3, handing the lead over to eventual winner and the man who is on a hot streak so far in the hunt "The Reaper" Ryan Gustin. Gustin has 4 wins in the 8 hunt races ran so far and leads the points over Kelly Shryock by 101. 

Drivers from all over the US will be on hand to battle some of the best I-35 Speedway has to offer. So come out and watch the big boys of the USMTS and USRA battle with the regular speedsters of I-35 Speedway!!! Gates open at 4:30pm with hotlaps at 7pm. General admission for the USMTS event is $17. 

Coke night is always a huge night for I-35 Speedway and fans. Trenton Coke night is set for this Saturday, August 27th with all I-35 Speedway classes running. Points battles are taking shape and fans have been treated to exciting and great racing. Gates open at 4:30pm with hot laps at 6:30. I-35 Speedway is located 10 miles North of Cameron Missouri just off exit 64!!!
