Culbertson Speedway Ready for Racing

Culbertson, Ne. (March 31, 2006) - Culbertson Speedway is within a week away from it’s scheduled opening night. The track has been known as Hitchcock County Speedway for the past few seasons, but will change back to the name it had previously. Culbertson Speedway, L. L. C. is the group promoting the track this season.

The classes will be same on the high-banked, 3/8-mile race track. They are the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars, IMCA Hobby Stocks, Classic Modifieds, and Mini-Trucks. Gates open on race nights at 6 PM, and the races will start at 8 PM, Central Time. For more information , contact Jim Lewis at 308-340-5422.

Culbertson Speedway is on the Hitchcock County Fairgrounds on the east side of Culbertson, Nebraska. Those grounds are .3 mile south of US Highway 6 and 34 on Railroad Street.
