By Darin Racek

NORTH PLATTE, Ne. (June 6, 2006) - Riverside Motorsports, along with Nebraskaland National Bank, will present “Run For The Money” at Lincoln County Raceway on Tuesday, June 13, beginning at 7 PM, CDT. The gates will open at 5 PM.

The IMCA Modifieds will run a 25 lap A Feature where the winner could take home $1000.00. The IMCA Stock Cars will also run 25 laps, shooting for an $800 top prize. The IMCA Hobby Stocks will drive a 15 lap A Feature, with the winner getting a chance to take home $250. These winning prizes are based on 25 cars for each class. Heat races and potential B Features will be run to qualify the cars for the A Features. Lineups for heats and features will be determined by the draw rather than points.

Drivers will run for IMCA national, regional, and state points, but not track points. Since it is a special event, there will be a registration fee of $45, which will admit the car and driver. Grandstand admission is $12 for adults, $6 for children 6 - 12, and children under 6 will be allowed for free. Pit passes are $20. Lincoln County Raceway is on the Lincoln County Fairgrounds on the west edge of North Platte on U. S. Highway 30. For more information, contact Gary Herbst at 308-530-0824.
