Double Dip Nebraska Weekend on Tap for O'Reilly MLRA, O'Reilly 
NCRA, and O'Reilly TORA Series at Junction Motor Speedway.
McCOOL, NE (July 30) - The cars and stars of the O'Reilly MLRA, O'Reilly NCRA, 
and O'Reilly TORA series are set to travel for a double header visit to Junction 
Motor Speedway 3/8th mile oval at McCool Junction, Ne on Friday and Saturday, 
August 3 & 4th. Action kicks off on Friday at 7:30 with a $2000 winner's check 
going home with the winner. Saturday, August 4, will see the drivers competing 
at 7:00 with the drivers competing for a $3000 check at the end of the night.
Alan Vaughn leads the O'Reilly MLRA contingent into Nebraska at the top of the 
2007 Thunder Tour Points Standings. Vaughn will be looking to best a Tough field 
of competitors including Jeremy Payne, Al Purkey, Gary Stolba, David Turner, 
Terry Phillips, Kelly Boen, Kyle Berck, John Anderson and a tough contingent of 
Nebraska drivers. 
Two-time defending series champion Kelly Boen has been the one to beat at 
McCool. The Henderson, Colo., driver has won four of the last five NCRA shows 
contested at JMS. Over the past three seasons, he has five sins and a 
fifth-place finish in seven shows at Junction Motor Speedway.
After the first two weekends in racing in July, the battle for the top spot in 
the O'Reilly NCRA Late Model Series has tightened considerably. With a win and a 
runner-up finish in the Late Model Nationals July 20-21, Boen crept to within 15 
points of leader John Anderson of Omaha, who was third in both show. Former 
series champion Kyle Berck, from Marquette, also had a win and a second to move 
from fourth to third. Aurora's Mike Wiarda and Delbert Smith from Wichita, Ks, 
round out the top five in points. 
The visit by the TORA will mark the first visit by the series to JMS since June 
25, 2005 when Don O'Neal won a co-sanctioned event with the Lucas Oil Dirt 
Series. Kelly Boen of Henderson, Colorado has picked up 2 victories so far out 
of 3 races in the 2007 season for the series. John Anderson picked up the most 
recent feature win on the series as well. These two drivers along with drivers 
Delbert "The Iceman" Smith, John Anderson, Al Purkey, Mike and Dave Conkwright, 
Jimmy Segraves, Mike Wiarda, Kyle Berck, Mike and Molly Collins are looking 
forward to visiting McCool Junction. Berck is also a past race winner at JMS 
Picking up the win there in 2004.
Friday night will also see the Two Man Cruisers and 4 Cylinder Front Wheel Drive 
lasses in action. Adult admission is only $10.00 with those 6-12 only $4.00 and 
5 and under are free.
Saturday will see Modifieds, Stock Cars, and the Hobby Stock classes take to the 
track in support action. Adult admission for the Saturday night is $15.00 with 
children 6-12 only $4.00 and 5 and under are free.
Gate open on Friday at 5:30 with racing action starting at 7:30 and on Saturday 
the Gates open at 5:00 with racing action being at 7:00.
