Short Track Network’s “Midwest Speed Zone” will be Title Sponsored by DODGE for the 2006 Season

Atlantic, IA. (Mar. 2, 2006) – Officials from the Short Track Network announced today that Dodge will be the official title sponsor for their TV show the Midwest Speed Zone.

This year will be an awesome year with the backing of a major corporation like Dodge who has a strong foothold in the racing industry. Dodge has always been a powerful force when it comes to racing of all types. The Short Track Network is excited about working with all the Local Area Dodge dealers in the Midwest to bring Grassroots Racing to the Next Level.

Short Track Network’s owner Joe Pate and Producer of the Midwest Speed zone said, “As our motto goes (Bringing Grassroots Racing to the Next Level) we’re doing what we can to heighten exposure of Short Track Grassroots Racing. It’s very hard these days for Drivers and Track Owners to gain sponsorship and we feel that everything we do from Video Tapes, TV shows and this year Internet Broadcasting will bring more eyes to the Drivers and Track Owners, and as we all know, more eyes mean more Money!

This year with Dodge’s support we will be focusing on a local track in Corning Iowa, Adams County Speedway and their local NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series, but we are committed in traveling around the Midwest. We will be covering as many different events as possible, from the local track at ACS to series such as USMTS, WDRL and IMCA events like the Harris Clash and the Boone Super Nationals.

Joe Pate added, we are looking forward in representing Midwest Area Dodge Dealers in all the races and events we will be covering this year.
