All Stars Prepare for First Showdown with World of Outlaws
By Bryan Autullo – All Star PR

Camargo, IL (April 1, 2006) – The 2006 WinterNationals at Volusia County Speedway is now behind us and the All Stars will use the experience gained running with the World of Outlaws on the fast ½ mile in Florida to do battle on the fast high banks of Eldora Speedway. For the first time this season, the All Star Circuit of Champions will join forces with the World of Outlaws for the first of several co-sanctioned events on April 7th and 8th.

The All Stars last visited the Rossburg, OH speed plant during the Mopar Thunder weekend in August 2005. Randy Hannagan took the win over Chad Kemenah in a close battle that came down to the closing laps. The Outlaws last visited the “Big E” one night later and veteran Jac Haudenschild took home the win.

The co-sanctioned events will be broadcast by the World of Outlaws on www.dirtvision.com . Saturday night’s event will be televised on The Outdoor Channel’s “Wednesday Night Horsepower” sponsored by Optima Batteries. The event will be tape delayed and broadcast at a later date. Visit www.outdoorchannel.com for air times.
