RSDD Signs Keaton Feller

CHICAGO, IL (Dec. 29, 2006) – Rising Star Driving Development, LLC (RSDD) is proud to announce the signing of 15-year-old driver Keaton Feller. The Altus, OK teen is excited to be a part of RSDD and he continues to live his dream of driving in the top levels of stock car racing.

“I’m really excited about signing with Rising Star,” an excited Keller stated. “I feel very fortunate to have been selected as one of their drivers. They have a plan in place and the tools in place to help me reach my goal of racing in the Nextel Cup.”

The high school freshman currently has a 4.0 grade point average.

So far in his racing career, Feller has 72 feature wins and 6 championships. His career started in 2003 as he competed in Outlaw Dirt Go Carts where he had 5 wins in 5 starts and was the Expo Center champion. He also competed in Bandoleros where he was the Oklahoma State Champion and compiled 15 wins.

Feller continued his winning ways when he moved up to compete in Legend cars where he was the 2004 and 2005 Oklahoma State Champion and Texas Motor Speedway Winter Series Champion.

He continued his success in Legends in 2006 where he collected 17 wins in only 25 starts in six different states and had the highest winning percentage in the nation. He also had 12 fast times including a track record on his first visit to the Huntsville Speedway where he also claimed the track championship and also repeated as the Oklahoma State Champion.

Also in 2006, he became the youngest driver at the age of 14 to compete in a USLMA super late model event. He qualified fourth and finished second in his first race.

“Kurt Smith (Founder of RSDD) has a lot of things in the works for us already, and I can’t wait to get started,” Feller stated. “I have been very lucky in that I have had a lot of really good people help me get to this point. I plan on working hard with Rising Star to take my career to the next level. I would like to thank everyone involved with my racing for their support.”

Feller’s 2007 plans include running the full schedule in the ASA Late Model Series.
