ANNETT LOOKS AHEAD FOR A SWEET TUNE IN MUSIC CITY

DES MOINES, IA (March 21, 2007) – Twenty year-old Hawkeye hotshoe Michael Annett and his #12 TMC Transportation-sponsored Ford Fusion team are tuning up for next week’s debut at the Music City Motorplex. The ASA Late Model Challenge Series will visit the historic 0.596-mi paved oval at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds for their second event of the 2007 season. Not only is Annett excited to get back behind the wheel at a venue with such prestige and history; but he also hopes to improve on his team’s 7th place finish they earned at the “Alamo 200” series’ opener.

“We are all anxious to get back to the track after our comeback at the San Antonio season opener,” commented Annett. “I hope that we showed we are a team to watch. My crew chief Dave Weltmeyer has so much experience with these cars that he continues to give me great advice and cars that continue to get better each time we go out there. A top-10 finish in our 2007 ASALMS Challenge Series debut, it just helped build confidence and hopefully that momentum will continue since the entire TMC Racing Team only continues to improve each race so we’re really looking forward to get things tuned up for Nashville.”

The Challenge Division, the premier tour of the ASA Late Model Series, will return to action with their second of twelve events on March 30-31, 2007, as part of the historic race weekend for the “Music City Spring Clash 200” at the Music City Motorplex in Nashville, TN. The TMC Racing Team would like to thank their sponsors TMC Transportation, Marmon Highway Technologies, Pilot Travel Centers, Northland Oil, Benson International and Allstate Peterbilt.
