Shimek Speedway go-kart track results

FARMINGTON, IA (May 8) - Shimek Speedway Go-Kart track May 8th were finally able to get in the first race of the season. The cold weather didn't stop the racers from coming out this Saturday night. Our first points race of the season was a cold one. It was 40 degrees out. 44 Racers come to compete & the results of for the 9 classes are......

Saturday memorial weekend having big $500 to win for stock adult classes and $300 to win Junior Classes, big 4' trophies for rookie classes and $200 for Stock Appearing/Animal, along with Drawing on russell karting motor for Clone Adult Class along with $100 to winnner! Come see all the action on Saturday Nights for free on spectators side or get right in the action when you buy a pit pass for only $8.00. Still looking for someone who enjoys being heard to come and announce the racing action and if anyone intereseted in learning how we keep score of the laps during the race we are looking for a score keeper.
