QUINCY, IL (Sept 29) - The first annual October Fest Shootout at Quincy Raceways on Sunday, October 5 will feature not one but two $2500 to Win Feature events. The Budweiser J&J Steel IMCA Late Models will be battling for their slice of the $13,100 purse with the winning taking home a $2500 winners share. The fifty lap main event will pay at least $200 to start and all non qualifiers will receive $75 in tow money.

Quincy Raceways has tried two different times to run a $2500 to Win Modified Shootout but the weather has not cooperated in either of those efforts so maybe the third time will be the charm as the Shootout for the Miller Lite Modifieds will have a purse of $12,600 with a winners share of $2500. The forty lap feature event will pay at least $175 to start and all non qualifiers will receive $75 in tow money.
