QUINCY, IL (June 16, 2011) - Quincy Raceways has received approval to award IMCA points for the IMCA Stock Cars and IMCA Late Models for future Tuesday Rain Make-up race nights during the 2011 season.. There is a couple of exceptions, the IMCA Late Models may not receive points on any Tuesday race dates if they conflict with any Deery Brothers Summer Series scheduled events such as July 12 and 26. The IMCA Stock Cars will be the same way for any Special Events that are scheduled for the IMCA Stock Cars on Tuesdays. Quincy Raceways petitioned IMCA for this special dispensation after suffering multiple rainouts over the first third of the 2011 race season. “We would like to thank IMCA for granting Quincy Raceways the ability to award IMCA points if we need to have any more rain dates on Tuesday’s during the 2011 season” said Tony Rhinberger, Quincy Raceways Promoter.
