Race Brothers Show-Me Series heads to Tri-State Oct 20

POCOLA, OK (Oct 15) - This Saturday night Oct 20 will be the final points race of 2007 for the Race Brothers Show-Me Racin Series. The race will take place at the legendary’s Tri-State Speedway’s “Spooker.” This is a very prestigious race to run in and to win. Past winners for the Show-Me Series include Justin Wells, Jarrod Hilton, & Chad Smith joining a list of competitors that have previously won the Spooker event including Ken & Leslie Essary, Billy Moyer, and Larry & Terry Phillips.

Leslie Essary has wrapped up the points championship for 2007, but with many tight battles throughout the top 20 it’s sure to be an exciting night at Tri-State. Come on out for one last “fix” before the off-season. Gates open at 3:00 with racing action set to get underway at 6:00.

The season will wrap up on November 4 at Playtime Pizza in Branson, MO as the drivers enjoy their share of a $40,000 plus cash point fund, plus thousands of dollars in contingency prizes. All race fans are invited to attend the banquet, but we do request that tickets be purchased in advance for $10 apiece. This includes the buffet and festivities will get underway at 2:00 pm on Sunday afternoon.
