Tech Day for the Show-Me Racin Series, season opener March 8th at Crawford County Speedway in Van Buren, AR

VAN BUREN, AE (Mar 1) -March 1 was Tech Day for the Race Brothers Show-Me Racin Series Late Models. Country Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep in Cassville hosted the successful tech day for the Show-Me Series. Teching began at 9:00 a.m. and hotdogs, chips, cookies, and drinks were provided for everyone who came down. Special thanks to B & P Discount Grocery for the food. Eight cars made it down to make sure everything was legal for the first race of the season and many other fans and drivers came to check the new cars and the competition.

We would like to thank Country Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep for hosting the Tech Day for the Show-Me Racin Series. Also, a special thank you to the 37 of Frank Tindle, the 5e of Leslie Essary, the 04 of Jeremy Kelley, the 00 of Jim Fulp, the 55 of Ken Essary, the 82 of Todd McIntyre, the 25 of Bo Morelock, and the 12 of Glen Yarbrough for bringing down their cars to the Tech Day.

The first race of the season is Saturday March 8 at Crawford County Speedway in Van Buren, AR. Grandstand gates open at 5:00 p.m. and Pit Gates open at 12:00 Noon, hot laps start at 6:30 and racing starts at 7:00. Come out and cheer on your favorite driver.

We are expecting a large field of cars, so it will be worth your trip! Confirmed drivers attending include the 2007 Champion Leslie Essary, 2005 & 6 Champ, Ken Essary, Jim Fulp, Kevin Patrick, Rick Wallis, Chris Powell, Darrin Barton, Jimmy Bellamy, Rick Lebow, Wesley Briggs, Bo Morelock, Kevin Henson, Jeremy Kelley, Frank Tindle, Don Cloyd, and Todd McIntyre, just to name a few...
