Lincoln Speedway Cancels Sprint Invaders Speedweek Event

BURLINGTON, IA. (June 22, 2006) – The Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invaders race scheduled for Saturday, July 1st at Lincoln Speedway has been cancelled by the
promoters. Management of the Lincoln, Illinois track informed the Sprint Invaders Board of Directors today that "due to circumstances beyond their control" the
event would not be held.

In the meantime, the Sprint Invaders Association is geared up and ready to roll for their first "Wide Open Speedweeks" with races set for:

Wednesday, June 28th at Lee County Speedway

Monday, July 3rd, at 34 Raceway in West Burlington, Iowa

Tuesday, July 4th at West Liberty Raceway

Friday, July 7th at Lee County Speedway in Donnellson, Iowa.
