Tim’s Racing Photos Named the Official Photographers of Jacksonville Speedway 

JACKSONVILLE, IL (March 26, 2011) - Tim’s Racing Photos photographers Tim and Karen Moran have been named the official photographers of Jacksonville Speedway for the 2011 season.  The Morans are new to the area, having moved from New Jersey last year.  Back east, they were the official photographers for URC, the United Racing Company, for 3 years.  With URC, Tim’s Racing Photos was responsible for the organization of nightly autograph sessions, a fan friendly event they plan to continue with Jacksonville Speedway. 

“After meeting Bob and Cathy Hawks, we are extremely excited to be a part of the Jacksonville Speedway family,” commented Tim.  “Last year it was tough coming out to the Midwest and not having a weekly track or series to work with.  We did some work with the Metro St. Louis QMA in Bunker Hill and had a great time with them, but we wanted a track that ran sprints to work with every week.”   

They have a variety of novelties, all of which will be available at the Tim’s Racing Photos booth under the grandstands at the Jacksonville Speedway.  Some of their offerings include calendars, candles, keychains, decals, dry erase boards, driver hero cards, and of course, photos in all sizes.  Stay tuned, as well, for a variety of fan friendly promotions that TRP plans to bring to the speedway on a weekly basis.   

The first official event for TRP will be practice day on April 9^th.  Tim and Karen will focus on capturing head shots for the websites and driver profiles.  They will also concentrate on getting some great shots to provide to the drivers, crews, and fans in the upcoming year.
