NEW RICHMOND, Wis. (June 15) - The WORLD Dirt Racing League was just about to roll the 24-car field out of staging and on to the Cedar Lake Speedway when rains came in Saturday night. WDRL and Cedar lake Speedway officials were left with no choice but to stop the racing for the night.

Night two of The Masters' WDRL Late Model Series feature will be continued at a later date.

At this time, both sets of officials are looking to complete the 50-lap main event some time around their next visit to Cedar Lake Speedway which is currently July 31, the night before the Nationals. How and when will be determined early this week; updates will be posted on the WDRL Website, www.worldraceleague.com. No further information is available at this time.

Next up for the WDRL Late Model Series stars and cars will be a Saturday, June 1, affair at Freeport Raceway Park in Freeport, Ill. Hot laps are scheduled for 5:30 with group qualifying set for 6 PM.
