CJ Speedway is Set to Kick-Off Their 2016 Season This Friday Night

Columbus Junction, IA (Tuesday, April 19, 2016) – This Friday, April 22nd the CJ Speedway in Columbus Junction, Iowa is set to kick-off their 2016 racing season. With the nights action being presented to you by the Louisa County Fair Association.

In action on the night will be the P&L Transportation Modifieds, Kauffman Electric IMCA Stock Cars, Tyson Fresh Meats SportMods, Mod Lites, Louisa Communications IMCA Sport Compacts, and Kemper Trucking CJ Mini Haulers. All classes will be using a draw / redraw format, as they begin there chase for the 2016 track championships.

Parents make sure you bring the kids with you, and get them signed up for the CJ Speedway Junior Fan Club. For the entire racing season six lucky kids will have their names drawn out to present each feature winner their trophy. But each CJ Speedway Junior Speedster will also take home their own trophy, thanks to Phoenix Products of Muscatine, Iowa.

Gates will open at 5:30 pm, with hot laps at 7 pm, and racing at 7:30 pm. Grandstand admission will be adults $10, seniors $8, students (11-17) $7, and kids 10 & under FREE! Pit passes will be $25, non member drivers $30, ages (7-13) $15, and ages (6 & under) $10.
