WINSTON, MO (November 4, 2013) – I-35 Speedway has joined the ranks of its sister track, Lakeside Speedway, for United States Racing Association (USRA) sanction racing competition for the upcoming 2014 season.  The track will feature USRA Modified, USRA B-Modified, USRA Street Stock, and USRA Hobby Stock, along with Grand Nationals and Midwest Lightning Sprints.  Mike and Kyle  Johnson have strived from the beginning of owning this track to improve the facility for the fans and racers, making I-35 Speedway the best Saturday Night venue around.  For the racer, USRA racing offers a larger insurance policy ($100,000) and a higher point fund.  Special events have been planned throughout the 2014 season that will focus on fan interaction for kids both young and old.  With both I-35 and Lakeside Speedways utilizing the same rules there will be a return of the “Border War” with specific details to follow at a later date.  So please stay tuned to our Website and Facebook page for more information.  We look forward to seeing all of our loyal fans back next year for more “Dirt Trackin’ At Its Best”.
