Koehler Electric Season Opener set for Friday
DAVENPORT, Ia. (April 22, 2015) – The battle for the Davenport Speedway track championships will begin this Friday, April 24th, with the Koehler Electric Season Opener.
All five weekly classes, Petersen Plumbing & Heating IMCA Late Models, Milan Heating & Air IMCA Modifieds, Koehler Electric Street Stocks, Hawkeye Auto IMCA SportMods, and Roto-Rooter 4-Stocks, will be in action on the quarter-mile dirt oval.
The defending track champions at the Davenport Speedway are;
Late Model …….. Justin Kay
Modified ……….. Doug Crampton
Street Stock …… Donnie Louck
Sport Mod …….. Bryce Garnhart
4-Stock …………. Brandon Dahl
The Davenport Speedway is located at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, on West Locust Street in Davenport, Iowa. Pit gates will open Friday at 4:30pm, with hotlaps at 6:30 and racing at 7:00pm.
