KNOXVILLE, IOWA (June 17, 2014) – Thursday night’s “Next-Generation Sprint Car 101” forum at the National Sprint Car Museum, featuring first-year Knoxville Raceway winged 305-cubic-inch sprint car drivers McKenna Haase, Kade Higday and Keoni Texeira, will be streamed live at www.ustream.tv/channel/sprintcarhof.  The program, which is free and open to the public, will begin promptly at 7 p.m. Central.

Museum special events coordinator David Herrmann said today, “We had a lot of positive comments following the live-streaming of our induction weekend Friday night forum, so we are ready to offer it again.  We had approximately 150 total viewers that night, with about 40 viewing at any one time.  It is our goal is to triple those numbers by the end of this year and we are confident that we can do so.  We feel that we are truly achieving our mission of ‘promoting the future of the sport of sprint car racing’ by reaching out to fans worldwide via these live-streamed internet events.”
