Gamblers Challenge Raises Stakes in Upcoming Iowa Events

| May 19, 2014

Wheatland, MO (May 17/014) –  When the Lucas Oil MLRA visits the state of Iowa next, there will be added incentives. The Thursday, June 12th visit to Southern Iowa Speedway in Oskaloosa, and the Friday, June 13th stop at Lee County Speedway in Donnellson will have the possibility of paying the winner $5,000 instead of the originally advertised $3,000 to win.

Here’s how the Gamblers Challenge, instituted by track promoter Mike Van Genderen, works. Drivers wanting to partake in the challenge will need to either pay an additional entry of $100 for one of the races or pay $175 to be included in the challenge for both nights.

There will be a total of $10,000 available if a driver can sweep the weekend and an additional $4,000 in prize money total for a sweep. The deadline to enter is June 5th. If drivers want to enter the challenge for one of the events only, they are asked to designate the race when sending entry money.
